HONESTLY NOURISHED is a nutrition and food lifestyle blog dedicated to inspiring you to nourish your body from the inside out with food that not only tastes good and looks beautiful, but that’s also truly good for you! I started this site to share my passion for nutrition, pretty food, gut health, and wellness and I look forward to guiding others (ahem, YOU, my friend!) in their pursuit of living a balanced lifestyle.
And since I’m all about being honest and upfront, I’ll go ahead and share that my personal goal is to convince you that eating healthfully matters (because it does, duh!). My nutrition philosophy stems from a strong affinity for whole foods and a belief in nurturing both the body and mind through deliciously healthful meals. It’s about cultivating a true understanding of how to optimize your health with real food from sustainable sources while embracing the present and eating mindfully. Because when it comes to nourishing our bodies, I firmly believe that how, with whom, and where we eat, is equally as important as the food itself.
It’s about connecting with beloved friends and family, sharing plates and kitchen stories, dining at tables both near and far from home, pretty place settings (give me all the gold flatware please!), honoring traditions, and creating new rituals.
